WE LEARN TO PLAY THE PIANO
There are two reasons why learning to play the piano is worth your while. Firstly, being able to play the piano has always had a positive effect in any sort of company; it has suggested the person is well-educated. Secondly, playing the piano is simply great! We offer you a unique teaching method of intensive piano learning based on contemporary achievements in music education, psychology, and esthetics. This will enable you to develop your social and artistic skills, creative thinking, and, certainly, master the most essential thing – playing the piano.
“We learn together” Program
However, in order to help their child the parents have to possess certain knowledge themselves. We offer joint learning for parents with their kids according to a specially devised program, which develops general and music abilities in both kids and their parents.
- acquaintance with sheet music in the form of games;
- inception phase of learning the piano;
- development of multi-aspect attention, memory, thinking, coordination, music ear, artistic skills.
- teaching the method of home music upbringing;
- teaching sheet music and necessary skills of playing the piano;
- joint playing with the children.
“We play with pleasure” Program
At times the joy of communicating with music fades away through various problems: “constraint hands”, difficulties with rhythm, learning by heart, etc. But this is easy to handle!
In “We play with pleasure” Program you will be given effective and exciting tutelage of piano learning at all levels: from inception to professionalism. Besides, if you learn at music school and can’t cope with your summer task, an experienced tutor will assist you in mastering most complicated pieces!
“Music for all” Program
This is a universal program for children and adults – all who want to learn to play the piano. On completing the course you will surprise your friends with your music abilities, as well as play for yourselves and your friends and relax to melodious piano sounds. The program includes play by sheet music and by ear, early improvisational skills, performance of favorite pieces.
Master
Classes are given by Yelena Bondarenko, who is a tutor and method teacher of the highest rank at R. Gliyer Kiev Music Institute; she graduated from Rimsky-Korsakov Leningrad State Conservatory, and is an author of 2006 Program on special piano and music schools at the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine.

Time and training cost
- Lessons for mothers with kids 2-6 years old duration of 1 lesson – 30 min, cost – 100 hrn.
- Lessons for other people duration of 1 lesson – 1 hour, cost – 200 hrn per hour
WE LEARN TO PLAY THE PIANO
Music studio
In the context of the lessons the training for guitar (acoustic, electric), harmonica and percussion playing is held. The children are taught the Rudiments of Music and History of Modern Music. Training materials are music compositions in English by famous performers and groups. The lessons are oriented on the development of sense of rhythm, hearing, self-expression and aesthetic perception of the world around; the individual approach allows teaching the co-creation skills in the musical band. Training is held both in individual tutorials and in small groups (4 students).
Band for young musicians
The music band, consisting of several participants, is formed on the ground of Music Studio from the children who already have some skills in the musical instruments’ playing. Here the children are taught the basics of co-playing in the band; they learn about the arrangement, master the microphone and other electric instruments. They will become artistic and unselfconscious. The attention is paid not only to instrument playing but also to the style of behavior on the stage.
Repertory is selected individually.
Master
Siromlya Mihail Vladimirovich (stage name – Mika Chuev) has been working in the show business since 2002. From 2005 he is a musician and an author of lyrics of “Bikfordov” group, which is a frequent guest at the club concerts, and performs on the radio and TV. In the last 7 years Mihail also took part in the organization of concerts and festivals, including in particular the Modern British Music Festival “Beetlebum” and series of club music evening parties of acoustic music “Kvartirnik”. However, having a tough concert schedule the musician managed to find some time for teaching the guitar and harmonica playing. From 2007 Mihail is a constant participant of children’s interactive theatre “Ravlyk” under the guidance of Irina Zapolskaya.
Time and training cost
- 1 hour lesson twice a week – 500 hrn per a month;
- 1 hour lesson thrice a week – 750 hrn per month;
All lessons are held at Master Klass, a cultural and educational center (34 Ivana Mazepy Str.)
